This, however, is not the rumored online version of iWork we were hoping for, as it only allows you to share documents online through iWork.com. After you share a document through the newly released iWork ’08 desktop software, your friends and co-workers can comment and leave notes on your Keynote, Pages, or Numbers documents, though the documents themselves can’t be edited online. Apple is releasing this as a free beta today, and Phil Schiller announced this as “the beginning of a great new service,” which leads us to believe that Apple is indeed working on a more advanced online version of iWork.According to Schiller, iWork.com will work on all the major browsers, including Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. Documents are not only viewable online, but can also be downloaded.Apple also announced a Keynote Remote iPhone app, that will be available in the App Store for $0.99, as well as major updates to its iWork and iLife suites. Developers may branch, merge and monitor the activity in a source tree.Mercurial is particularly popular with Windows users, a sizable community that Atlassian serves. Working in an indie town like Portland, I hear geeks drop “GitHub” in their lingo like they did about apps back in the day. Code repositories are hot. They represent how collaboration is moving deeper into development cycles and permitting universal ways to fork code.GitHub is so hot that the company recruited Eston Bond, a product designer from Facebook. It’s of note that Eston is the second Facebook star to take work in the more obscure world of enterprise and developer technology companies. Facebook’s Monica Keller recently joined Socialcast, a startup with some well regarded activity stream technology. But there’s another code repository out there that also gets points in the geek circles. It’s called Bitbucket and they were just acquired by Atlassian, the company that wants to be the Adobe of the developer world. Adobe has served as the designer’s tool box. Atlassian seeks to be the go to source for product development tools. This is Atlassian’s first acquisition. And it won’t by any means be its last. The company has a cool $60 million in the bank from Accel Partners that it plans to spend on acquisitions.BitBucket fills a gap in the Atlassian product line. Atlassian has an issue tracker but it did not have a repository. In the past, Atlassian had been platform agnostic about code repositories. It will remain agnostic but will use the opportunity with BitBucket to change the business model.Atlassian launched its own on-demand service for JIRA, Confluence andJIRA Studio more than two years ago. With Bitbucket.org’s 60,000 users, Atlassian isstrengthening its position as a provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) developer tools.Atlassian will offer a tier one free service that is designed for startups and small teams. It’s a starter program of sorts that allows up to five people to use the account.Pricing at all levels will be based upon the number of users. Bitbucket used a model based upon disk space usage.BitBucket’s adoption of Mercurial played a part in the acquisition. Mercurial is a “source control,” management tool. It’s favored in the enterprise. With Bitbucket, the system can visualize changes in the code.

Visit: https://subscribe.premiersports.tv/ Gaetano Micciche has surprisingly decided to step down from his role as President of Lega Serie A. The resignation comes after Genoa owner Enrico Preziosi alleged there were irregularities with how Micciche was elected President in March 2018. That prompted FIGC prosecutors to open an investigation into the manner in which the banker was voted in. “I wish to announce, with this declaration, my immediate resignation as President of Lega Serie A,” he said in a Press release. “The rumours in today’s newspapers, relating to the closure of the investigation into my appointment 20 months ago and its possible outcome, are unacceptable and required me to make this decision. “I’ve worked in recent months on the transformation of Italian football, adding to competitive and sporting values those of corporate, economic and prospective credibility. “This is essential and preparatory for the arrival of new and serious investors, new and big companies as sponsors, plus new credibility in financial markets. “It’s a transformation that also has the crucial objective of bringing families and fans closer to the world of football and sport in general. “I thank all those who have worked with me, as well as the journalists who have followed my reign with professionalism.” Lega Serie A, which runs the Italian top flight, went without a President for a year before the 69-year-old filled the position.

Visit: https://subscribe.premiersports.tv/ Everton striker Moise Kean believes he has “responded on the pitch” to critics after scoring twice for Italy Under-21s against Armenia on Tuesday. The former Juventus youngster vented on social media last weekend, in response to recent criticism of his performances, which have yielded no goals in four Everton appearances and speculation about a return to Serie A. However, he scored twice in a 6-0 victory over Armenia, playing the full 90 minutes as Italy continued their fight to win Group 1 and automatically qualify for the European Under-21 Championship in 2021. “I responded on the pitch, there’s no other way,” he said after the final whistle. “We have proven to be superior, playing some excellent football.” The 19-year-old received praise from CT Paolo Nicolato, having immediately bounced back from being dropped by the senior squad in September for tardiness. Now he harbours hopes of getting back in Roberto Mancini’s good books ahead of Euro 2020 next summer. “The compliments from the coach make me happy. He’s a coach who works a lot. We are a great team and we have to work to get through this group. “Obviously, I hope to get there [back in the Italy squad], that’s everyone’s dream. I want to dedicate this brace to my family, who have always supported me.”
